This Privacy Policy explains how S. Pramono (“we”) handles information when you visit SPramono.com or contact us through this website.

Information you provide

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you choose to provide. Please do not include sensitive or confidential information in the form.

How we use the information

We use contact-form information to read and respond to your inquiry, and to discuss a possible professional engagement when relevant. We do not use the form to subscribe you to marketing messages.

How information is handled and shared

Contact-form submissions are sent by email to SPramono@gmail.com. The Contact Form 7 plugin is configured to send the message by email; in its default configuration, the plugin itself does not store submitted form data in the website database or filesystem, set cookies, or send the data to an external service. The email and hosting providers may process the message and related technical information to deliver, store, and secure the service, under their own terms and privacy practices.

Our website is hosted using Hostinger services. The hosting provider may process technical records, such as IP address, browser information, and requests to the website, to operate and protect the service. Service providers may process information in countries where they or their infrastructure operate.

We do not sell contact-form information. We may disclose information if required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users, or our rights.

Retention

Contact messages are retained in the email account used to receive them for as long as needed to respond and manage the inquiry. The account owner can delete messages when they are no longer needed. Email and hosting providers may retain copies in backups or logs according to their own retention practices.

Cookies and technical information

The public pages do not require you to create an account. WordPress may use technical cookies for website administration and security, such as when an administrator signs in. The Contact Form 7 form in its default configuration does not set cookies. Hosting and security services may process technical connection information as described above.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may choose not to use the contact form. If you have sent us a message, you may contact us to ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information in that message, or to raise another privacy concern. We will review and respond to requests in accordance with applicable law and any records we are required to keep.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information we handle. No website or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so please share only information needed for your inquiry.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or information-handling practices change. The “Last updated” date above indicates the latest revision.
